Molybdenum Fastener

Molybdenum fasteners have excellent heat resistance, with their melting point being at 2,623 degrees C. Useful for heat resistant devices such as sputtering equipment and high temperature furnaces. Available in all sizes.

T&D Supply all sizes of Tungsten and Molybdenum fasteners. The normal sizes are #10, 1/4'' -20, 3/8'' -16, 1/2'' -13

Molybdenum Threaded Rods

Molybdenum threaded rods are produced for high temperature vacuum environments. These refractory threaded rods can be cut and finished off to desired lengths. In many cases, cut pieces can be coupled with washers and nuts to emulate a screw.

Molybdenum Screws

Molybdenum screws are produced for high temperature vacuum environments. We produce three head types (fillister, pan & flat) in both ANSI and metric sizes. We stock these refractory screws, but can also produce custom lengths and custom features. Please take note of the sketch provided for screw specs.

Molybdenum Nuts

Molybdenum refractory nuts are available in both inch and metric sizing. We stock many sizes/shapes, and offer a same day shipping policy. Our most popular shape is the hex.

Molybdenum Washers

Molybdenum refractory washers are available in both inch and metric sizes. Washers help to distribute the load of a threaded fastener. All standard sizes are available. We can also produce custom sizes.

T&D supply molybdenum and tungsten trays/boats for vacuum PM and MIM. The material can be Pure Molybdenum, Lan-Molybdenum, TZM Molybdenum and Pure Tungsten

Our trays/boats can be with or without riveted, welded or non welded according to your drawings requirement. All charge carriers are available according to your drawings.

We can also supply aluminum trioxide coated trays/boats.

We strong recommend you choose Lanthanum-Molybdenum or TZM Moly material folded design trays/boats. They can be long time used under 1700 C degree. Please review the attached boat sketch.

We can supply the plates and trays with holes meeting your requirements. Moly and Tungsten spacers are available. Unique design of spacer is available.

The normal thickness is 0.100'' , 0.125'' , 0.15'' , 0.200'' . all other thickness material is available. All width, height and length of trays/boats are available.
